FINISHING: SHIN GEAR WITH KNIFE IN POCKET

Sketch: 









This gear is placed onto the shin, the body part. This is placed onto a half-bie to enable them to take the knife out from the pocket and attack/defend when needed whilst they are running at high speeds or doing any other type of action. 

  • World building resources: 

    • Metal for knife

    • Cloth for knife pocket

    • Knife handle made of sturdy paper 

    • shin part made of sturdy and flexible paper

    • shin gear connected by velcro

PROTOTYPE 1:  Thigh gear that consists of a knife. This will allow the good halfbie to easily take out the knife while running or doing any other activity to attack zombies and defend humans. I used crepe paper for the section where the knife goes in and for the part that goes onto the thigh, it is made out of brown manila card paper. Used tape to secure thigh gear together. What is the main objective of All of Us Are Dead? = It is about students trying to survive and escape in the recent outburst of zombies at a high school named "Hyosan High School", while the military attempt to isolate the outbreak and prevent a bigger outbreak from occurring.  Prototype 1 Sketches:  Prototype 1:  Video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tdL5JPcte6Q Explanation: Prototype 1  Square shaped breakfast set design 2 spider webs on the top and on the opening area a design of a spider Experimented with colour (red and black) Used cardboard to create prototype Ingredients list  Normal opening box  Cardboard egg and cardboard onigiri Reflection Prototype 1 = Ingredients list was too simple, didn't consist of in depth ingredients each food contains so will have to place a more detailed ingredient list. The way to open the box was not entirely convenient as you would need a bit of time to open it up completely, will find another solution to make it even easier, such as a slide in and out concept.
